The programme aims to unleash creative potential and cultivate a highly productive national workforce.

In its initial phase, the programme targeted 20 female job seekers in various literary fields such as law, sociology, media, and business administration. Participants were provided with essential skills for success in a research environment and were trained in professional writing and other key areas. By focusing on enhancing capabilities in these areas, the programme aimed to support the development of a skilled and competitive workforce in Qatar.

The collaboration between Qatar University and the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau is driven by a shared goal of fostering economic development and building partnerships. Through initiatives like the “Researcher” programme, both organizations are working towards enhancing the research and development capabilities of Qatari employees and job seekers.
