The Director of Arab Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Nayef bin Abdullah Al Emadi, recently met with Toshihide Ando, the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and Director-General of the Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
