A forum on economic and commercial exchange between Oman and China was recently held in Muscat, organized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion. Thuraya Ahmed Al Balushi, Director of Economic Diversification Investments at the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation between businesses in Oman and China. The OIA presented its investments within Oman and abroad, while the Chinese delegation shared investment opportunities available in China. The aim of the forum was to encourage Chinese investors to take advantage of national incentives for foreign direct investment in Oman.
