King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) recently launched a humanitarian initiative to assist flood victims in Sudan. The center sent out 21 relief trucks carrying 23,000 food baskets and 3,464 shelter bags to the River Nile and Northern States of Sudan, which were heavily affected by recent floods and torrents. The launching ceremony was attended by the representative of the Saudi Embassy of Sudan and the Sudanese representative of the Humanitarian Aid Commissioner and national partners. This initiative falls under the Saudi Relief Sea Bridge operated by KSrelief to provide assistance to the Sudanese people, in line with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
