In a recent development, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Doha, Qatar has introduced appointment booking services for clinical imaging through their 16060 Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline. This move is part of HMC’s commitment to continuously improve services for patients and the community. Nasser Al Naimi, Chief of Patient Experience at HMC, stated that the goal is to make accessing HMC’s services as convenient as possible. By adding clinical imaging appointment booking to the helpline, HMC aims to better support and respond to the needs of patients and the public.

The 16060 Nesma’ak helpline offers a range of services including booking, checking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments, preponing existing appointments, submitting feedback, queries related to MyHealth Patient Portal, and general inquiries about HMC services. Al Naimi emphasized the importance of listening to patients and understanding their priorities in order to consistently enhance the services provided by HMC. This focus on person-centered care is crucial in building a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

The enhancement of the 16060 Nesma’ak helpline aligns with the Third National Development Strategy 2024-2030, which aims to provide quality healthcare for all and improve overall quality of life. Dr. Amal Al Obaidli, Chairperson of Clinical Imaging Department at HMC, highlighted the benefits of the new service for patients in need of clinical imaging appointments. She encouraged patients to utilize the 16060 customer service helpline to manage their upcoming appointments at HMC facilities, emphasizing the convenience and accessibility that this service offers.

Patients can now receive customer service assistance round the clock when they call 16060, as the 16060 Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This ensures that patients have easy access to support and information regarding their appointments, helping to improve overall patient experience at HMC. The addition of clinical imaging appointment booking to the helpline reflects HMC’s dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services and meeting the needs of patients in a convenient and efficient manner.
