Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), known as ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East,’ has partnered with Villa Mamas by Roaya Saleh, a popular Bahraini restaurant, to introduce Bahraini cuisine to Formula 1 fans in the UK. During the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Villa Mamas by Roaya Saleh offered a food sampling experience featuring traditional and modern Middle Eastern dishes prepared exclusively for the event. Roaya Saleh is recognized for her innovative approach to Gulf flavors and has established a presence in Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and London by using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create a diverse menu that blends influences from Iran, India, and Europe.

The food tasting event aimed to provide a glimpse of the Bahrain Grand Prix experience to the 480,000 fans who attended the British Grand Prix. In addition to sampling delicious Bahraini cuisine, fans had the opportunity to engage in various activities such as trying out a giant Scalextric track modeled after the Bahrain GP circuit, experiencing a racing simulator, and having their names written in traditional Arabic calligraphy. Fans were also informed about special ticket offers and travel packages available for the Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix 2025, which is set to take place from 11 to 13 April as the fourth round of next year’s FIA F1 World Championship.

Among the current ticket deals for the Bahrain Grand Prix is the Early Bird discount, offering up to 15 per cent off on all grandstand tickets to the Sakhir race weekend. This discount applies to tickets for the Main Grandstand and Turn One Grandstand, with a 10 per cent discount available for the Beyon Grandstand, University Grandstand, and Victory Grandstand. Various travel packages are also on offer, created in collaboration with Gulf Air Holidays and Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, which include options for return flights, hotel accommodation, grand prix tickets, and transfers at competitive rates.

These travel packages cater to the needs and comfort of fans attending the Bahrain Grand Prix from abroad, with packages starting from GBP969 per person from London. The partnership between BIC and Villa Mamas by Roaya Saleh not only provides Formula 1 fans with a culinary taste of Bahrain but also offers a unique opportunity to experience the culture and hospitality of the Kingdom. With the combination of exciting activities, special ticket discounts, and comprehensive travel packages, fans can look forward to an unforgettable and immersive experience at the Bahrain Grand Prix in 2025.
