ASIC files lawsuit against stock operator for making false claims about blockchain technology

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has sued the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for allegedly mishandling the Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS) replacement project.
