The Amir of Qatar, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, expressed his condolences to the Amir of Kuwait, HH Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, on the passing of Sheikha Sahera Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
