The 85th International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Congress recently concluded in Doha, Qatar, with Mr. Ali Al-Hitmi being re-elected as First Vice President. The event, attended by representatives from 157 member federations, also saw the re-election of Mr. Morinari Watanabe of Japan as FIG President. In a statement, Mr. Al-Hitmi expressed pride in the successful organization of the Congress, attributing its success to the support of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC).
