With some competitors missing from the Qatar event, including Martim Ventura and Bruno Santos, other riders like Abdullah Al Shatti, Abdulhalim Al Mogheera, and Rafic Eid have a chance to move up in the standings. In the Junior category, Poland’s Filip Grot is leading with a comfortable margin. Prata is a strong contender for the Veteran category, with Eid also vying for honors. The quad section has been dominated by Saudi Arabian riders, with Haitham Al Tuwaijri leading the pack.

A diverse field of riders from various countries, including the UAE, Poland, Lebanon, Great Britain, Saudi Arabia, and more, are set to compete at the Qatar International Baja. Notable names like Isle of Man TT legend James Hillier, Australian Martin Chalmers, and the Irish trio of O’Kelly and Stafford will be participating. The event is being organized by the QMMF and is set to kick off with a timed Prologue stage.
