Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hammad Al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), recently presided over a ceremony where he handed over the Royal Letters Patent to officers graduating from the Royal Air College Cranwell in the United Kingdom.
