Serbia’s Novak Djokovic has made it to the 13th Wimbledon semi-final, equaling Roger Federer’s record, after Alex de Minaur withdrew due to a hip injury. Djokovic, seeking his 25th Grand Slam title, is in top form and has breezed through the tournament despite recent knee surgery. Djokovic will face either Taylor Fritz or Lorenzo Musetti in the next round as he aims for another shot at the title.

Meanwhile, Elena Rybakina is the only former women’s champion left in the Wimbledon draw after a strong performance. The Russian-born Kazakh player has a 90 percent win rate at the All England Club and is focused on enjoying her time on the court. On the other side of the net, Elina Svitolina, who has been emotional following the recent events in her homeland of Ukraine, is determined to use her platform to bring some joy to her people through her victories on the court.

Jelena Ostapenko and Barbora Krejcikova, both former French Open champions, are set to face off in what promises to be an exciting match. Ostapenko, a former Wimbledon junior champion, is determined to perform well at the prestigious tournament known for its unique traditions and atmosphere. Krejcikova, on the other hand, is looking to continue her impressive run at Wimbledon after reaching the quarter-finals for the first time.

In the men’s draw, Taylor Fritz, who recently defeated fourth seed Alexander Zverev in a thrilling match, is looking to continue his winning streak on grass. Fritz will face off against Lorenzo Musetti in the next round, who previously defeated him on clay earlier this year. The American is in good form and will be looking to advance further in the tournament.

Overall, the Wimbledon Championships are heating up with top players like Novak Djokovic, Elena Rybakina, and Taylor Fritz making their mark on the tournament. With intense matches and emotional storylines, this year’s Wimbledon is shaping up to be a memorable one for both players and fans alike.
