The Royal Academy of Administration (RAA) in Muscat recently partnered with Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to launch a new program focusing on the future of work in the government sector in the GCC states. The aim of the program is to equip public sector leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, concepts, and tools to turn visions and strategies into reality. The program offers two tracks, with one focusing on distance learning through synchronous and asynchronous methods, and the other on in-person learning through workshops, intellectual sessions, and field visits with experts and government leaders.

Through the collaboration between RAA and Saïd Business School, participants in the program will have the opportunity to engage in a comprehensive learning experience that encompasses both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The program is designed to provide public sector leaders with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the government sector in the GCC states, and to equip them with the tools needed to navigate and succeed in the evolving landscape of work. By combining both distance and in-person learning methods, participants will have the flexibility to tailor their learning experience to suit their individual needs and preferences.

The program is set to make a significant impact in the GCC states by empowering public sector leaders to drive innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in the government sector. By providing them with the necessary tools and resources to implement strategies and achieve tangible results, the program aims to transform the way public sector organizations operate and deliver services to citizens. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, participants will be equipped to tackle the complex challenges facing the government sector and to adapt to the changing demands of the modern workplace.

The collaboration between RAA and Saïd Business School reflects a commitment to excellence in education and a shared vision to empower public sector leaders in the GCC states. By leveraging the expertise and resources of both institutions, the program is able to deliver a high-quality learning experience that is both comprehensive and practical. Through a focus on both distance and in-person learning methods, participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts and government leaders, and to gain valuable insights and perspectives on the future of work in the government sector.

The program on the future of work in the government sector in the GCC states represents a unique opportunity for public sector leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge in a rapidly changing environment.
