The Cabinet of Bahrain recently praised the achievements of the Executive and Legislative Authorities for their efforts in furthering the Kingdom’s comprehensive development. This recognition came after a Royal Order from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa adjourned the second session of the sixth Legislative Term of the Shura and Representatives councils. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, chaired the weekly Cabinet meeting at Gudaibiya Palace, where they commended HM the King’s message on World Press Freedom Day, emphasizing the media’s role in highlighting environmental issues and increasing public awareness.

The Cabinet also celebrated Bahraini Press Day, acknowledging the contributions of Bahraini media professionals to the Kingdom’s development goals. They highlighted the deep and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the UK, which has flourished over more than two centuries under the commitment of HM the King. The Cabinet praised the outcomes of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s visit to the UK, where they met with His Majesty King Charles III and attended the Royal Windsor Horse Show’s Endurance race on behalf of HM the King. They expressed gratitude to King Charles III and commended the event organizers for their hospitality and efforts.

Furthermore, the Cabinet congratulated Bahrain’s Royal Endurance Team and Show Jumping Team for their performances at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, showcasing the Kingdom’s professional level in the equestrian sector. They also recognized International Nurses Day by thanking Bahraini nurses for their dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services in line with best practices and quality standards. The Cabinet’s positive outlook reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to growth and progress in various sectors, including media, partnerships, and healthcare.

Overall, the Bahraini Cabinet’s commendation of the Executive and Legislative Authorities, as well as their recognition of important international events like World Press Freedom Day and International Nurses Day, highlights the Kingdom’s commitment to development and progress.
