Health Minister Inaugurates Imam Al Hussain Medical Clinic for Ashoora

Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayyed Jawad Hasan, Minister of Health, recently inaugurated the Imam Al Hussain Medical Clinic in Manama. The clinic has been specifically set up to cater to the needs of participants in the Ashoora observance. It is staffed by a team of skilled medical professionals from Primary Health Care Centers and Government Hospitals, and is equipped with advanced medical facilities as well as a fully stocked pharmacy. Additionally, the clinic has direct coordination with the Accident and Emergency Department at the Salmaniya Medical Complex for cases that require hospital transportation.

The inauguration event was attended by Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate. Also present were Yousif bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, and Dr. Ejlal Faisal Al Alawi, Chief Executive of Primary Health Care Centres. During the event, the minister commended the medical clinic’s team for ensuring that the clinic is equipped with all necessary resources to provide optimal care for participants in the Ashoora observance. Shaikh Rashid praised the community partnership between government entities and civil society institutions in upholding public health and safety.

Yousif bin Saleh Al Saleh highlighted that the opening of the Imam Al Hussain Medical Clinic is part of efforts to strengthen community partnerships during various religious and national occasions.
