First electric public bus set to launch soon in Oman

Mwasalat, the Oman National Transport Company, has announced plans to launch Oman’s first electric public bus with the support of major companies. Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company and Sohar International have both signed sponsorship agreements with Mwasalat Oman to back the initiative. The goal of this project is to promote sustainable transportation and support Oman’s ambition to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2050.
