Dubai: Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities Can Receive Fee Exemptions in New Court Service

Additional services include priority service in service centers, call center services, dedicated parking, and video calling rooms. The initiative aims to promote social justice, equality, and social integration, aligning with Dubai Courts’ commitment to sustainable development and the Dubai Social Agenda 33.

Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Dubai Courts, emphasized the importance of providing easy access to judicial services for senior citizens and people of determination. The aim is to create a transparent, efficient, and just judicial environment. This service package prioritizes these groups and aims to support their specific needs while promoting social sustainability and cohesiveness. The initiative reflects Dubai Courts’ dedication to providing exceptional and reliable judicial services.

Mohammed Al Obaidli, Executive Director of the Claims Management Sector of Dubai Courts, highlighted the commitment to enhancing social sustainability and equality through the launch of this service package. By streamlining judicial procedures for senior citizens and people of determination, the initiative aims to save time, effort, and costs for these groups. The package is designed to promote a judicial environment marked by equality, social justice, and efficient delivery of justice, ultimately benefiting those in need of support.

The services offered through this initiative aim to advance social integration and support the Dubai Social Agenda 33.
