Celebrate National Ceviche Day in Dubai – Latest Updates

National Ceviche Day is coming up on June 28, and Above Eleven in Dubai is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the occasion. The restaurant is offering a variety of handcrafted ceviches paired with beverages and a unique Nikkei menu. One of the dishes on offer is seabass ceviche with crispy calamari, promising freshness and vibrancy. The offerings are available daily from 4pm to 11.30pm, with prices starting at Dh55.

For those looking to try different variations of ceviche in Dubai, another hotspot to consider is Sushiyaki in Souk Madinat. Their seabass ceviche, priced at Dh79, is presented in an orange rocoto sauce with hints of spice from black chilli oil. The dish also features chulp and choclo corn, leaving diners with a mild coal-like note thanks to black charcoal cassava. This unique twist on ceviche is sure to delight food enthusiasts.

COYA Dubai is another popular spot to enjoy delicious ceviche in Dubai. In honour of World Ceviche Day, the restaurant is unveiling an exclusive ceviche platter available until July 6. Priced at Dh278, the platter includes a variety of ceviche options such as seabass, yellowfin tuna, red snapper, salmon, and yellowtail. This special offering is a great way to experience different flavors and textures of ceviche in one meal.

Ceviche is a traditional Peruvian dish consisting of fish or shellfish marinated in citrus and seasoning. Recognized by UNESCO as an expression of Peruvian traditional cuisine, ceviche is known for its refreshing taste and vibrant flavors. In Dubai, restaurants like Above Eleven and COYA Dubai are celebrating National Ceviche Day with specially curated menus and dishes, giving diners the opportunity to indulge in this unique culinary experience.
