The Musandam Governor’s Office recently signed agreements with Eshraqa to establish and develop social and development projects in the region. These projects will focus on areas such as education, health, sports, and social development. The signing ceremony was attended by Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, the Governor of Musandam. Mubarak bin Ali Al Rahbi, Head of the Musandam Governor’s Office, highlighted the importance of these agreements in supporting the education sector. Some of the initiatives include preparing a sports field in a school in Lima, equipping a multi-purpose hall for Musandam Basic Education School, and providing interactive screens for schools in Khasab and Madha.

In addition to supporting the education sector, agreements were also signed to enhance the health sector in Musandam. This includes providing 97 multi-purpose medical devices to 6 health units in the region, including hospitals and health centres. The goal is to improve healthcare services and ensure that residents have access to quality medical equipment. In the social sector, an agreement was signed to support Al Wafa Centre for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Khasab. This initiative involves equipping a sensory room with the latest technologies to aid in the treatment of children with autism. This will provide an interactive environment to facilitate their development and well-being.

The agreements signed between the Musandam Governor’s Office and Eshraqa demonstrate a commitment to enhancing various aspects of life in the region. By focusing on education, health, sports, and social development, these projects aim to create a positive impact on the community. The support for the education sector, in particular, will benefit students in schools across Khasab and Madha. From providing sports facilities to interactive screens, these initiatives will contribute to the overall well-being and educational opportunities for students in the governorate.

Furthermore, the agreements also highlight the importance of investing in healthcare services in Musandam. By providing medical devices to key health units, residents can receive improved medical care and treatment. This will help address health needs in the region and ensure that individuals have access to necessary equipment and resources. Additionally, the support for Al Wafa Centre for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities reflects a commitment to inclusivity and providing resources for individuals with special needs. The sensory room equipped with advanced technologies will create a supportive environment for children with autism to thrive and receive necessary treatment.

Overall, the agreements signed between the Musandam Governor’s Office and Eshraqa mark a significant step towards enhancing social and development projects in the region. The focus on education, health, sports, and social development demonstrates a holistic approach to improving the quality of life for residents in Musandam. Through these initiatives, the community will benefit from improved educational facilities, healthcare services, sports amenities, and resources for individuals with disabilities. This collaborative effort between government entities and development institutions showcases a dedication to supporting the well-being and progress of the people in the governorate.
