Recent statistics from the Dubai Health Authority indicate that approximately 80.34% of the working-age population in the emirate falls within the age bracket of 20 to 59 years, totaling 3,679,771 individuals. This demographic development is part of a broader increase, as the total population of Dubai reached 4,580,300 by the end of 2025, reflecting significant growth and a promising future for the workforce.
The figures, revealed by the authority, show an increase of 917,405 working-age individuals over the past four years compared to 2,762,366 in 2021, marking a notable growth rate of 33.21%.
