ConteQ Expo24, organized by NeXTfairs conferences & Exhibitions, has announced Schneider Electric Qatar & Kuwait as a silver sponsor for the event taking place at the Qatar National Convention Centre from 16-18 September. This highly anticipated event is a key platform in Qatar’s journey towards achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030, focusing on technological advancements in construction and services. The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, the Ministry of Labour, and Ashghal, the Public Works Authority.

The construction sector in Qatar is a vital industry that has seen significant growth in recent years. Assistant Undersecretary for Industry Affairs and Business Development at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Saleh bin Majid Al Khulaifi highlighted the importance of the sector and its continued growth, especially with ongoing economic expansion and developmental projects in line with the National Vision 2030. The event aims to showcase cutting-edge solutions that improve productivity, quality, cost savings, waste reduction, and energy efficiency in construction and services sectors.

Assistant Undersecretary for Migrant Labour Affairs at the Ministry of Labour, Sheikha Najwa bint Abdulrahman Al Thani, emphasized the importance of keeping up with the latest industry developments to meet the needs of all economic sectors in Qatar. By attracting skilled workforce with high efficiency and productivity, the aim is to implement projects in line with safety, occupational health, digitization, and sustainability standards. The participation of the Ministry in organizing ConteQ Expo24 is a testament to these efforts.

Schneider Electric Qatar & Kuwait’s sponsorship of the event highlights the company’s commitment to utilizing advanced and efficient technologies in the construction sector. Chairman of the Organizing Committee of ConteQ Expo24, Eng. Salem Al Shawi, expressed pleasure in welcoming Schneider Electric as a sponsor, noting their contributions to the industry’s productivity and sustainability. Their approach aligns with the goals of the National Development Strategy 2024-2030 (NDS3) and Qatar’s National Vision 2030.

Louie Jarouche, Schneider Electric’s Country Manager for Qatar & Kuwait, expressed pride in the company’s participation in ConteQ Expo 2024. The event, hosted by three forward-thinking organizations in Qatar, provides a platform to showcase Schneider Electric’s dedication to advancing technology in the construction sector.
