Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated gaming resort in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region, is set to open to the public in early 2027. The resort is currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, with a current height of about 40 meters. The full tower height, which is expected to be more than 300 meters, is projected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025. Todd Lenahan, the president and chief creative officer of Wynn Design and Development, mentioned that the resort tower was designed with inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s history as a navigational sentinel and hopes it will become a new landmark for travelers.

Wynn Resorts Limited has unveiled new images of its first beachfront resort at Al Marjan Island. The resort, situated on nearly 62 hectares extending into the Arabian Gulf, will not only feature gaming amenities but also offer a variety of non-gaming facilities. Overlooking its own white sand beach with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains, Wynn Al Marjan Island will boast 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 private villa estates. The resort will also include an extensive poolscape, a shopping esplanade, and a meetings and events center.

The development and operation of high-end hotels and casinos mentioned that Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to offer rich non-gaming amenities in addition to its gaming features. The resort will feature a 15,000-square-meter shopping esplanade and a 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center. It will be the first Wynn Resort to be built on a beach, in contrast to its other properties in Las Vegas, Macau, and Boston Harbor. Wynn Resorts Limited owns and operates various luxury properties, including Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor, Wynn Macau, and Wynn Palace, Cotai.

The anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to set new standards in luxury hospitality in the MENA region with its beachfront location and world-class amenities. The resort aims to attract global travelers looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Ras Al Khaimah. With a focus on offering a blend of gaming and non-gaming facilities, Wynn Al Marjan Island will cater to a diverse range of guests seeking relaxation, entertainment, and luxury services. In conclusion, the Wynn Al Marjan Island project is a significant development in the MENA region, marking the debut of an integrated gaming resort with luxurious offerings and stunning beachfront views. The resort’s unique design, rich amenities, and strategic location in Ras Al Khaimah are expected to position it as a leading destination for luxury travelers. By combining gaming facilities with non-gaming services, Wynn Al Marjan Island aims to provide a comprehensive and upscale experience for its guests. The opening of the resort in early 2027 will introduce a new era of hospitality and entertainment in the region, setting a new benchmark for luxury resorts in the Middle East. Stay tuned for more updates and details on this exciting project.
