UAE Weather: Some Areas Experience Light Rain, Red Alert Issued for Fog

The UAE experienced light rains and heavy drizzles in some parts earlier this morning, as shown in videos posted by Storm Centre. The National Centre of Meteorology issued a warning about poor visibility due to fog formation on Saturday morning. A red alert was sent out, indicating a deterioration in horizontal visibility until 8.30 am. Abu Dhabi Police advised motorists to be cautious and follow speed limits during the foggy conditions.

Residents can expect a fair day with partly cloudy skies, especially in the southern areas, on Saturday. Low clouds and possible rains are forecasted, particularly on the eastern coast.
