President Sheikh Mohamed shared an encouraging message for the youth on International Youth Day, expressing confidence in their ability to create a better future. He highlighted the crucial role of young people in shaping a brighter tomorrow for the nation and the world. Sheikh Mohamed emphasized that through their ambition and determination, the youth play an essential role in accelerating progress towards a sustainable and prosperous future. The UAE is committed to investing in and empowering young people to drive the nation’s growth.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, also extended his greetings to the youth, recognizing them as the nation’s future leaders. He described youth as the fuel of the future and the driving force behind true development. Sheikh Mohammed expressed pride in the youth and entrusted them with the responsibility of leading the way towards progress and development. The UAE leadership is dedicated to supporting young people and providing opportunities for them to thrive.

In line with fostering the potential of youth, the UAE has launched a new initiative on International Youth Day. The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has introduced the formation of the Youth Council for Government Talents in collaboration with the Federal Youth Authority. This initiative aims to empower young individuals to take on additional responsibilities and fulfill their aspirations within the government sector. By establishing the Youth Council, the UAE is creating a platform for young talents to contribute to the nation’s development and drive positive change.

On this International Youth Day, it is crucial to recognize the importance of youth participation and leadership in shaping a sustainable future. The youth embody fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and boundless energy that are instrumental in driving progress and development. Empowering young people with the necessary resources, opportunities, and mentorship is essential for nurturing their potential and enabling them to make meaningful contributions to society. The UAE’s commitment to investing in youth signifies a forward-thinking approach towards harnessing the talents of the next generation.

As the UAE celebrates International Youth Day, it sends a powerful message of encouragement and support to young individuals across the nation. By acknowledging the vital role that youth play in driving social, economic, and environmental progress, the UAE leadership sets a precedent for other nations to prioritize youth empowerment. Investing in youth development is not just beneficial for the young individuals themselves but also for the overall prosperity and sustainability of a nation. By providing young people with the necessary tools and opportunities, countries can ensure a brighter future for generations to come.

In conclusion, President Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s messages on International Youth Day reflect the UAE’s unwavering commitment to empowering and supporting young people. By recognizing the potential and capabilities of youth, the UAE leadership paves the way for a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable future. Initiatives like the Youth Council for Government Talents showcase the UAE’s dedication to nurturing young talent and fostering a conducive environment for youth development. As the nation celebrates the energy and enthusiasm of its youth, it sends a clear message that the future belongs to them, and their contributions are crucial in building a thriving society.
