Following the success of several weeks of fun, family-friendly activities, WE ACTIVE is continuing to expand its vibrant offerings, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
This January, the spotlight is on ‘Wellness’, embracing a theme of total well-being with activities designed to enhance physical, mental, and social health. Taking a holistic approach to happiness and vitality, WE ACTIVE presents a diverse range of activities that inspire the mind, nurture the body, and uplift the spirit.

Each week, participants can immerse themselves in bespoke events and workshops designed to inspire healthy living and foster community connections:
- Physical Wellness: High-energy fitness challenges, yoga sessions, and sports tournaments invigorate participants, keeping them active and motivated.
- Mental Wellness: Mindfulness activities and wellness coaching offer practical tools to relax, focus, and achieve balance.

January Weekend Activities at WE ACTIVE Al Maryah Island:
- 4th January: Start your weekend with energising HIIT Classes by Roula, followed by the action-packed Tiebreak Tens Tennis Tournament. Unleash your creativity at the Arts & Crafts Workshop, enjoy a fun-filled Music Bingo, and end the day with upbeat DJ Sessions.
- 5th January: Keep moving with lively Zumba Classes and hands-on Arts & Crafts Workshops. Bring the family together for an engaging Fun Quiz, then wind down with soulful Live Music featuring acoustic and pop covers. Don’t miss the exciting Padel Power Tournament, running all day!
- 12th January: Relax with a refreshing Pilates Class led by Kremena, then express yourself at the Calligraphy and Colouring Workshop. Enjoy the family-friendly Fun Quiz, and finish the evening with soothing Live Music. For sports enthusiasts, the Ultimate Frisbee Tournament is a must-attend!

- 19th January: Focus on your health with Nutrition Sessions at 4:30 PM and Wellness Sessions at 5:30 PM, both led by Dr. Shefali. Explore your creativity in the Arts & Crafts Workshop, enjoy a lively Family Quiz, and keep the energy alive with Music Bingo, uplifting Live Music, and dynamic DJ Sessions. Wrap up the day with the electrifying CrossFit Open Day and Competition, offering great prizes.
- 25th January: Sharpen your mind with a Brain Training Class and explore cybersecurity basics with the Cyber Risk Awareness Class. Get creative at the Arts & Crafts Workshop, test your wits with Music Bingo, and end the day with exciting DJ Sessions. Enjoy the thrilling 3×3 Basketball Tournament.
- 26th January: Explore another Cyber Risk Awareness Class and get hands-on at the Arts & Crafts Workshop. Refocus with a Brain Training Class, bring the family for a fun Quiz, and close the month with melodic Live Music.
