Numbered 16 for 2024, the gazette featured the Decree No. (87) of 2024 calling on citizens to participate in the referendum, along with the draft constitutional amendments for 2024 and Decision No. (1) of 2024 appointing the Chairperson and members of the General Referendum Committee. Additionally, Decision No. (2) of 2024 established the Executive Committee for organizing the referendum, along with its subcommittees and tasks.
Furthermore, Decision No. (3) of 2024 formed the referendum committees for the constitutional amendments, specifying their tasks and procedures, while Decision No. (4) of 2024 regulated the rules and procedures for conducting the referendum remotely.
