Fahd Al-Johni was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general and appointed as Chief of Staff of the Land Forces.
The royal decrees also saw the relieving of Samir Al-Tabib, advisor in the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and appointing him as an advisor in the Ministry of Defense with the rank of excellence.
