The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, in partnership with the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, Bank Nizwa, and Oman National Investments Development Company, has announced the launch of the ‘Ishraq Endowment Investment Fund’ in Muscat.
