Opening of “Sundus” Investment Building for the Blind Association
The Al Noor Association for the Blind in North Al Batinah Governorate has inaugurated its investment building, “Sundus,” located in the Al Multaqa area of Sohar. The ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Ghassan bin Hilal bin Khalifa Al-Idris, Chairman of the State Financial and Administrative Control Authority, along with the presence of other dignitaries, including His Excellency Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Kindi, Governor of North Al Batinah, and various representatives from supporting entities and the local community.
This event marks a significant step for the Al Noor Association as it aims to develop its financial sustainability and enhance its resources. The association seeks to continue its programs and initiatives while improving the services offered to individuals who are blind and expanding the scope of its future activities to align with the needs of its beneficiaries.

The estimated cost of constructing the building was around 343,000 Omani Rials.
