The agreement, signed during Cityscape Global 2025, will see the hotel become a central component of a larger mixed-use development. The signing ceremony took place at the First Projects exhibition stand and was attended by Eng. Mohammad Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects, and Carlos Khneisser, Chief Development Officer, Middle East & Africa, Hilton. Construction timelines and specific investment figures were not immediately disclosed, but the project is expected to contribute significantly to the Al Narjis area’s infrastructure.
DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis: A New Landmark
The DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis will offer a comprehensive range of amenities designed to appeal to a diverse clientele. Plans include a stylish lobby café, an all-day dining restaurant, and a dedicated pool terrace. Guests will also have access to a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a spa, providing a complete leisure experience.
