Dallah Healthcare Company recently announced a significant agreement with Ayyan Investment Company, where they will acquire 100 percent of Al-Salam Medical Services Company in Al-Khobar and 97.4 percent of Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company in Hofuf. This move is part of Dallah Healthcare Company’s strategy to expand their healthcare services and investment growth. By increasing the capital of Dallah Healthcare Company through issuing new shares to Ayyan Investment Company, they are able to move forward with this expansion plan.

The agreement is still pending the necessary approvals from relevant authorities, but once finalized, it will allow Dallah Healthcare Company to further expand geographically and meet the growing demand for healthcare services in various cities across the Kingdom. Eng. Tarek Othman Alkasabi, chairman of the Board of Directors of Dallah Healthcare Company, emphasized the importance of this step, stating that the Eastern Province, where the acquired hospitals are located, is a key region due to its proximity to Gulf countries such as Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Dr. Ahmed Babaeer, CEO of Dallah Healthcare Company, highlighted that the addition of Al-Salam Hospital in Al-Khobar and Al-Ahsa Hospital in Hofuf will strengthen Dallah Healthcare’s network of hospitals. Currently, their network includes hospitals such as Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital, Dallah Namar Hospital, Kingdom Hospital & Consulting Clinics, and more across various regions in the Kingdom. This acquisition will further enhance their ability to provide high-quality healthcare services to the residents in these areas.

This is not the first time that Dallah Healthcare Company has collaborated with Ayyan Investment Company. Previously, a memorandum of understanding was signed for the purchase of shares in both Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company and Al-Salam Medical Services Company. The acquisition of these hospitals comes as part of Dallah Healthcare Company’s ongoing efforts to expand their healthcare services and reach more patients in need of medical care.

Dallah Healthcare Company currently operates a number of hospitals, clinics, and home care services, catering to a wide range of medical needs. Last year alone, the number of patients visiting Dallah Hospitals exceeded 2.5 million, highlighting the importance of their services within the healthcare sector in the Kingdom. This acquisition will further strengthen their position and allow them to continue serving the community with high-quality healthcare services.
