In a recent international event under the banner of the “Network of Hope,” His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, praised Bahrain’s commitment to youth development. This initiative, launched under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, aims to empower young individuals worldwide. The event coincided with the 25th anniversary of the King’s reign, highlighting Bahrain’s leadership in fostering a global network that inspires hope for future generations.

Dr. Al Zayani highlighted the importance of the “Network of Hope” in refining the talents of young people and enhancing their capacities in various fields. He emphasized the need for exchanging experiences, developmental policies, and collaborative efforts to create a more secure, peaceful, and prosperous future. This initiative aligns with His Majesty the King’s vision and has received strong support from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.

The “Network of Hope” serves as a platform for empowering youth and engaging them as active partners in promoting solidarity, peace, and global prosperity. Dr. Al Zayani reiterated Bahrain’s commitment to empowering youth to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and enhancing their access to modern technologies in education. He also highlighted Bahrain’s stance against extremism and its dedication to fostering a culture of peace and tolerance, in line with His Majesty’s efforts to combat hate speech and regulate artificial intelligence for development and peace.

The King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence is actively involved in implementing scientific and training programs to educate youth and instill values of love and harmony. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed gratitude to its staff and diplomatic missions abroad for their national efforts and collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs in establishing the “Network of Hope.” This global platform supports the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan and the Declaration of Future Generations regarding youth rights, emphasizing Bahrain’s commitment to youth empowerment.

In conclusion, Dr. Al Zayani highlighted that Bahrain’s launch of the “Network of Hope” signifies its enduring dedication to supporting and empowering youth. He emphasized the importance of young people as the nation’s true wealth and the promise of a bright future. Bahrain remains committed to strengthening international partnerships and solidarity in youth care, nurturing their talents and aspirations to contribute creatively to building inclusive, just, and sustainable societies. This initiative underscores Bahrain’s commitment to creating a brighter future for the next generation.
