Maruti Suzuki India, one of the leading automakers in the country, reported its highest-ever monthly sales volume in October, with a total of 206,434 units. This includes domestic sales of 163,130 units, sales to other OEMs of 10,136 units, and the highest-ever monthly exports of 33,168 units. The festival season and deep discounts offered by various automakers have contributed to the increase in sales this October. In addition, total sales in October, including domestic and exports, were 3.6% higher year-on-year, with a 1.64% increase in sales for April to October 2024-25.

In the fiscal year 2023-24, Maruti Suzuki India exported over 2.8 lakh units to more than 100 countries, capturing a 42% share in the country’s passenger vehicle exports. The company’s Manesar facility recently crossed the 1 crore cumulative production mark, achieving this milestone in just 18 years. The facility, spread over 600 acres, produces a range of models such as Brezza, Ertiga, Ciaz, Dzire, Wagon R, and more. These vehicles are exported to regions like Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and neighboring Asian countries, contributing to Maruti Suzuki’s presence in international markets.

Maruti Suzuki India has produced over 3.1 crore vehicles since its inception, solidifying its position as a leader in the Indian automotive industry. The company also began exporting its popular ‘Made-in-India’ SUV, the Fronx, further expanding its global reach. The Manesar plant’s achievement of reaching the 1 crore production mark in such a short time highlights its efficiency and productivity. The facility’s success is a testament to Suzuki’s commitment to manufacturing high-quality vehicles for both domestic and international markets.

With a strong presence in the Indian automotive market and a growing international footprint, Maruti Suzuki India continues to be a preferred choice for customers. The company’s focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has enabled it to achieve significant milestones and maintain its leadership position in the industry. As the demand for vehicles continues to rise, Maruti Suzuki is well-positioned to meet customer needs and drive growth in the ever-evolving automotive sector.
