In honor of World Teachers’ Day, the Cabinet expressed gratitude to Bahraini teachers for their role in shaping the nation’s future through education. Several memorandums were discussed and approved during the meeting, including initiatives to enhance Bahrain’s E-Government services, regulatory procedures for housing services, and ratifying the charter of the Digital Cooperation Organisation. Designating a new tourist site to boost tourism, contributions to international organizations, and discussions on Bahrain’s financial and economic priorities were also on the agenda. The Cabinet reviewed reports on Bahrain’s participation in international forums, including discussions on Gaza and Palestine, meetings with the UK on Middle East affairs, World Tourism Day celebrations, and the 10th Annual World Congress of the World Free Zones Organisation.
The Cabinet also took note of recent foreign visits by Bahraini Ministers and foreign delegations to the Kingdom in September 2024, highlighting the ongoing diplomatic engagements and efforts to strengthen international relations. The discussion emphasized the importance of promoting Bahrain as a key player in the region and contributing to global initiatives for peace and prosperity.
