Dubai: Four restaurants maintain and earn two Michelin Stars – News

The recently held third edition of The Michelin Guide Dubai unveiled a new two-star restaurant, Row on 45, making it the fourth restaurant in the city to receive two Michelin Stars. In this article, we delve into all four restaurants in Dubai that have retained or earned two Michelin Stars: Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, STAY by Yannick Alléno, Trèsind Studio, and Row on 45.

Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, located at Bvlgari Resort Dubai, offers a dining experience that celebrates Italian heritage. Chef Niko Romito combines modern and classic Italian cuisine, resulting in a menu that has earned the restaurant two Michelin stars for three consecutive years since 2022. Operating hours are from 12.30pm to 2.30pm for lunch on weekends and from 7pm to 10.30pm for dinner daily. Reservations can be made by contacting 04 777 5433 or emailing [email protected].

STAY by Yannick Alléno, situated at One&Only The Palm, provides an exceptional dining experience featuring classic French cuisine curated by master chef Yannick Alléno. The restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars in the Dubai Michelin Guide, operates from Tuesday to Sunday, from 6.30pm to 12am, with the last order accepted at 10.15pm. Trèsind Studio, located at St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah, offers a unique dining experience that reimagines Indian cuisine with creativity and a focus on locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant emphasizes exceptional guest experience, winning The Art of Hospitality award at the Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022. Trèsind Studio has achieved two Michelin stars and is ranked no.11 on the world’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023. Reservations can be made by contacting 058 895 1272.

Row on 45, helmed by Chef Jason Atherton, offers an extraordinary gastronomic journey with haute cuisine, top-notch ingredients, refined service, and breathtaking views of Dubai. The restaurant received two Michelin Stars for the first time at the Michelin Guide Ceremony 2024 in Dubai. Located at the luxurious Grosvenor House, the dining experience costs Dh1,145 per guest plus beverage pairing.
