Freshworks Inc has launched a new data centre in the UAE, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to cater to customers across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The data centre will serve customers from 72 countries in the MEA region, making UAE the hub of Freshworks’ operations in the region.

The data centre, in partnership with AWS, will provide regional data compliance for companies in the UAE, offering business software solutions in Customer Service, IT, and Sales and Marketing. The data centre, powered by AWS, will not only host all of Freshworks’ products for customers in the region but will also leverage AWS as the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
