The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicts fair to partly cloudy weather in the UAE with a slight decrease in temperature due to dusty conditions on Saturday (May 18). The western coast will experience a slight drop in temperature, with temperatures expected to reach 21ºC and 23ºC in the mountains and coastal areas, respectively. Abu Dhabi and Dubai will see temperatures rise up to 39ºC and 38ºC, respectively. Light to moderate winds, freshening during the daytime, may lead to dust and sandstorms in the country. The Arabian Gulf will gradually become rough by evening, while the Oman Sea will experience slight to moderate conditions.

To stay updated with the latest news and weather conditions, individuals can follow KT on WhatsApp channels for real-time updates. The NCM advises residents to be cautious of the changing weather conditions and to take necessary precautions to stay safe during the dust and sandstorm. It is recommended to avoid outdoor activities during strong winds and to secure loose objects that may get blown away. Additionally, drivers should exercise caution on the roads and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles to prevent accidents during low visibility caused by dust.

As the weather department continues to monitor the situation, it is important for residents to stay informed and follow the guidelines provided by authorities. By staying prepared and taking necessary precautions, individuals can minimize the impact of the changing weather conditions and ensure their safety and well-being. With the temperatures fluctuating and the possibility of dust storms, it is essential to stay vigilant and be proactive in safeguarding oneself and property from any potential risks associated with the weather changes.

In conclusion, the UAE can expect a mix of fair to partly cloudy weather and a slight drop in temperature, with dusty conditions prevailing on Saturday. Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest news and weather forecasts, follow safety guidelines, and take necessary precautions to stay safe during the changing weather conditions. By being proactive and prepared, individuals can minimize the risks associated with dust storms and ensure their well-being. Stay informed, stay safe, and be vigilant during the fluctuating weather conditions in the UAE.
