UAE welcomes ceasefire agreement between Rwanda and the DR Congo

The United Arab Emirates has expressed its approval of the ceasefire agreement between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Rwanda in the North Kivu region in the east of the DR Congo.
