A yellow alert was issued by the National Centre of Meteorology on Saturday, August 3, warning of rough seas and fresh winds up to 40kmph blowing in a northwesterly direction. The alert was active from 6.30am to 10pm, indicating the need for caution during outdoor activities due to the weather conditions. The day is forecasted to be fair to partly cloudy at times, with clouds forming over the eastern coast and the possibility of some rain in the afternoon. Light to moderate winds are expected, occasionally freshening and causing dust and sand to blow, potentially reducing visibility.

Fujairah in the UAE experienced some drizzle on Saturday morning, with reports of a light shower on Yabsa road crossing in Fujairah and some areas on the eastern coast. Additionally, Khor Fakkan also saw light rainshowers. The sea conditions are expected to be rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman Sea throughout the day. Temperatures are expected to reach 40℃ and 41℃ in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, respectively, with humidity levels ranging from 15 percent in the mountains to 85 percent in coastal areas and islands.
