The team behind the popular draw Mahzooz is planning new ventures, as announced by its managing operator Ewings. This announcement comes after The Game LLC was named as the first licensed lottery operator in the UAE. Although Mahzooz did not receive the national lottery license, the team is looking forward to sharing more details about their upcoming projects soon.

Earlier this year, both Mahzooz and Emirates Draw had paused their operations following a government directive. Both companies had completed the application process to become the licensed operator in the UAE. Ewings expressed disappointment at not being awarded the license but respected the decision-making process and government’s commitment to setting industry standards.

The General Authority for Regulating the Gambling Industry (GCGRA) announced a new regulatory framework to protect consumers and ensure fairness and transparency in commercial gaming activities, including lotteries. The Game LLC is set to offer a diverse range of lottery games and other activities to cater to players’ interests and financial preferences.

In a statement, Ewings highlighted Mahzooz’s achievements over the past three years, including operating 161 live draws that changed the lives of millions of players, creating 66 millionaires, and awarding over AED 500 million to more than 2 million players. Additionally, Mahzooz has contributed significantly to various charitable causes in healthcare, education, the environment, and more.

The team behind Mahzooz remains optimistic about the future and is focused on exploring new ventures despite not receiving the national lottery license. They are committed to providing an engaging and rewarding gaming experience for players while continuing to support charitable causes and make a positive impact in the UAE.

The announcement of The Game LLC as the first licensed lottery operator in the UAE marks a significant milestone in the country’s gaming industry. The new regulatory framework aims to ensure consumer protection and promote fairness and transparency in all gaming activities, including lotteries.

Ewings expressed gratitude for the support Mahzooz has received over the years and reiterated the company’s commitment to providing a top-quality gaming experience. As they move forward with their new ventures, the team remains dedicated to making a positive impact in the UAE community and contributing to a variety of charitable causes. Stay tuned for more updates on Mahzooz’s upcoming projects and initiatives.
