Sharjah Airport, in collaboration with Air Arabia, has recently introduced direct flights from Sharjah to Poland, providing travellers with more convenient travel options. The new route, which will begin with three weekly flights between Sharjah and Kraków, is part of the airport’s continuous growth and expansion plans. The frequency of flights is expected to increase gradually in the future to meet the growing demand for travel between the two countries.

The inauguration of the new destination was marked by the presence of Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA), and Jakub Kacper Sławek, the Ambassador of Poland to the UAE, alongside officials and managers from SAA and Air Arabia. Al Midfa emphasized the significance of this new air route in meeting the rising demand in the travel and cargo market between the UAE and Poland. He highlighted the growth of mutual relations in economic, commercial, tourism, events, and conferences sectors, which has increased tourist interest in Sharjah due to its diverse attractions.

The new direct flights between Sharjah and Poland are a welcome development for both leisure and business travellers, offering convenient access to vibrant cultural experiences, historical landmarks, and business opportunities in both countries. The launch of this route is expected to boost tourism between the UAE and Poland, leading to increased economic activity and strengthening bilateral relations. Travellers can now explore the rich cultural heritage of Poland and the diverse attractions of Sharjah easily through the direct flight connectivity provided by Air Arabia and Sharjah Airport.

With the increasing demand for travel between the UAE and Poland, the new direct flights are a timely addition to the existing air routes offered by Sharjah Airport.
