The Qatar Toy Festival is currently underway, captivating children and families in Doha with its diverse range of activities and attractions. A survey conducted by The Peninsula revealed that 70 percent of respondents enjoyed the festival, with many praising it as a welcoming and entertaining venue for families. The festival, organized by Visit Qatar, features 10 zones including Preschool, Girls, Boys, Anime, Family, Movie Land, and more, spread over 17,000 square meters at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.

One visitor, Amna Shujaat, shared her positive experience at the festival, highlighting the VVIP pass that provided seamless access to all the booths. She mentioned the energetic parades and popular characters like Blippi and Cocomelon as highlights of the event. Another attendee, Umm Samir, expressed delight at the festival’s ability to provide a refreshing break from the usual summer activities, creating cherished memories for her family. The festival has received widespread praise on social media for its size, cleanliness, organization, friendly staff, and variety of activities.

The Qatar Toy Festival offers a plethora of entertainment options, including parades, stage shows, live mascots, play areas, performances by influencers, retail stores, and more. This year, new additions like Mr. Bean, Barney, and Barbie Dream House have further enhanced the festival experience. Arab singer and dubbing artist Rasha Rizk was a crowd favorite over the weekend, bringing to life the magic of Spacetoon, a popular pan-Arab television channel specializing in animation and children’s programs.

The festival, which runs until August 14, welcomes visitors from 2pm to 10pm on Sundays through Wednesdays and from 2pm to 11pm on Thursdays through Saturdays. Tickets can be purchased online at q-tickets.com or virginmegastore.com, as well as at the entry gates of the DECC. With its diverse array of activities, beloved characters, and positive feedback from attendees, the Qatar Toy Festival continues to solidify its position as a premier entertainment destination for families in Doha.
