Lusail’s stars shine in preparation for the F1 Qatar Grand Prix at the Lusail International Circuit

The Lusail International Circuit recently hosted a Fast Lap Challenge, inviting a group of prominent influencers from around the world to test their skills on the challenging Formula 1 track. The event served as a precursor to the highly anticipated Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024 taking place from November 29 to December 1. Among the influencers in attendance were entertainment creator WillNE and Formula 1 specialist Aarav Amin from the UK, as well as renowned automotive experts and creators from the Middle East.

Saudi race car driver Abdulaziz Alfudhaily, along with other regional influencers such as Qatari TV presenter Asma Alhamadi, Kuwaiti travel creator Yousef Alseddeeqi, and automotive specialist Khaled Al Remithi showed off their racing skills on the Lusail circuit. The event was organized in collaboration with Q Auto, who provided three Audi sports cars for the challenge. The influencers’ excitement and diversity contributed to showcasing the world-class facilities at the Lusail International Circuit, while also promoting the upcoming Formula 1 race in Qatar.

Fatima Al Qaedi, the Marketing and Communications Manager at Lusail International Circuit, expressed her pleasure in welcoming the talented creators to the circuit, emphasizing the unique features of their facility. The activation perfectly captured the essence of the ‘Where Hearts are Racing’ campaign leading up to the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, highlighting the growing passion for motorsport in Qatar and the wider region. The Fast Lap Challenge not only provided an opportunity for influencers to showcase their racing skills but also demonstrated the growing interest in motorsport in Qatar.

With the support of Q Auto, the Fast Lap Challenge was made possible, showcasing the partnership between the event sponsor and the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024. The event aimed to engage audiences on social media platforms by sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes content and highlights from the challenge. By inviting influencers and content creators from diverse backgrounds, the Lusail International Circuit sought to build excitement and anticipation for the upcoming Formula 1 race, while also promoting the state-of-the-art facilities at the venue.
