The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for the need to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure in conflict zones and stressed the urgency of ending the cycle of violence that has plagued the region for far too long. Saudi Arabia stands in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to live in peace and security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs highlighted the devastating impact of such attacks on innocent civilians, especially women and children, who are often the most vulnerable in times of conflict. Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the principles of international law and human rights, calling on the international community to take action to protect the rights and dignity of all people affected by the conflict.

In light of the recent escalation of violence in Gaza, Saudi Arabia urged all parties to the conflict to respect international law and humanitarian principles. Saudi Arabia stressed the importance of addressing the root causes of the conflict and working towards a peaceful resolution that respects the rights and aspirations of the Palestinian people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Saudi Arabia’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and its commitment to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. The Kingdom called on the international community to take a firm stand against the illegal occupation of Palestinian territories and to hold those responsible for violations of international law and human rights to account. Saudi Arabia pledged to continue its diplomatic efforts to support the Palestinian people and their aspirations for freedom, justice, and peace.
