In Muscat, government officials have approved the outcomes of 8 out of 14 user training courses aimed at streamlining government procedures. This initiative is part of a plan to streamline 45 services through Manjam Labs. The approved outcomes include courses on registration of newborns, care for the elderly, services for the disabled, protecting childhood, post-mortem services, and more. These courses benefit institutions such as the Ministry of Health, the Supreme Judiciary Council, and the Ministry of Social Development.

The third phase of the drive introduced several improvements, such as a “one-time request submission” that covers multiple services in one package. This allows beneficiaries to receive their services in a shorter amount of time. Additionally, proactive services are now provided without the need for individuals to request them. Recommendations were made to reconsider laws related to training courses, support human resources in relevant domains, integrate data among government departments, and organize roles and competencies among institutions.

The courses also focused on the registration of official service periods and recognizing fiscal dues related to these services. The institutions involved in this drive include the Royal Oman Police, municipalities, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Labour, among others. The government’s aim is to streamline procedures and improve efficiency in the delivery of services to the public.

Manjam Labs has played a key role in implementing these training courses and introducing improvements to the government procedures. These initiatives are designed to enhance the quality of services provided by government institutions and ensure that they are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. By streamlining processes and introducing proactive services, the government aims to make it easier for individuals to access the services they need.

Overall, the third phase of the government’s plan to streamline services has been successful in approving the outcomes of various training courses. With a focus on improving efficiency and integrating data among government departments, these initiatives are aimed at enhancing the overall service delivery of government institutions. By providing a one-time request submission and proactively offering services, the government is taking steps towards making services more accessible to the public.
