The festival, which runs until August 15, offers a variety of activities for attendees of all ages. Eng. Abdulrahman Saleh Khamis, Deputy Executive Director of the Scientific Club, highlighted that the club is hosting scientific experiments and workshops at the festival site in the West Walk area.

The Scientific Club’s activities at SkillFest include scientific experiments for different age groups every Thursday and Friday, as well as a workshop on car mechanics to help detect simple faults. Additionally, there is a permanent exhibition with daily interactive programs and shows. The Planetarium at the club, which is part of the Promising Innovator Programs, offers students the opportunity to learn about the virtual world and programming. This helps them develop skills in technology and artificial intelligence.

The club is committed to staying current with advancements in technology and artificial intelligence to enhance students’ skills and knowledge in these areas. The focus on these subjects is reflected in the activities and programs offered at the club, including workshops, exhibitions, and interactive sessions.

SkillFest aims to celebrate Qatar’s heritage and marine environment, offering visitors the chance to take part in artistic workshops, interactive community sessions, and cultural experiences.
