Qatar and Oman agree to cultural cooperation treaty.

Qatar and Oman have recently signed an executive program for a memorandum of understanding in the culture field, furthering their cooperation in various cultural and artistic endeavors. The agreement, signed by officials from both countries at the Doha International Book Fair, encompasses a wide range of initiatives including support in books, publishing, authorship, translation, digitization, music, theater, libraries, archiving, and the protection and promotion of intangible cultural heritage.
