Airlines in the UAE are advising Pakistani tourists to purchase return air tickets from the same airline to avoid additional approvals. Failure to meet visit visa requirements such as accommodation proof, substantial funds, and return air tickets may result in denial of boarding. To streamline the process, SereneAir recommends purchasing return tickets with them.

Airblue, another private carrier, also requires approval from UAE authorities for tourists traveling with return tickets from other airlines. They advise having a valid return ticket within the visa duration, confirmed hotel booking, or proof of residence if staying with friends or relatives. Hotel bookings, proof of residence, and copies of return tickets from other airlines will be collected during check-in.

A large number of Pakistani nationals live and work in the UAE, contributing to high seat occupancy on flights between the two countries. It is essential for passengers to have a valid return ticket within the visa validity period, confirmed hotel booking or accommodation address, and a minimum of $500 in cash or a credit card to cover expenses in the UAE. Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of boarding.

Pakistan’s ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, has urged Pakistani tourists to meet all visa requirements and avoid job hunting on a tourist visa. He emphasized the importance of tourism activities and discouraged seeking employment opportunities while on a tourist visa. Tourists should focus on exploring attractions such as museums, mosques, and malls, and those looking for jobs should enter the UAE on an employment visa.

In conclusion, Pakistani tourists traveling to the UAE are advised to comply with all visit visa requirements, including purchasing return air tickets from the same airline to avoid additional approvals. Airlines and authorities in both countries are emphasizing the importance of meeting these requirements to ensure a smooth travel experience. It is crucial for tourists to focus on tourism activities while on a tourist visa, rather than job hunting, to avoid any complications during their stay in the UAE.
