The Ministry of Health in Mina has issued a warning to pilgrims, emphasizing the importance of following health instructions and advice during their rituals. It is crucial for pilgrims to avoid going out in the sun, walking on hot surfaces, and touching them while performing rituals in Mina, including the stoning of the devil. The ministry is particularly concerned about the dangers of sun exposure, especially during peak hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. As this year’s Hajj season coincides with high temperatures in the holy sites, prolonged exposure to the sun poses a significant health risk for pilgrims.

To prevent sunstroke and heat exhaustion, the ministry recommends that pilgrims always carry an umbrella to protect themselves from the sun, drink enough water throughout the day, and adhere to all health regulations. It is crucial for pilgrims to prioritize their health and well-being during their pilgrimage to ensure a safe and successful experience. By following these recommendations, pilgrims can reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses and enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling Hajj journey.

Pilgrims should be aware of the potential health risks associated with sun exposure and take necessary precautions to protect themselves. It is important to avoid unnecessary sun exposure, especially during peak hours when the sun’s rays are the strongest. By carrying an umbrella and staying hydrated, pilgrims can effectively shield themselves from the sun and reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses.

In addition to protecting themselves from the sun, pilgrims should also be mindful of their surroundings and avoid walking on hot surfaces that can cause burns and discomfort. The ministry’s advice to avoid touching hot surfaces while performing rituals in Mina is aimed at preventing injuries and ensuring the safety of pilgrims. By following these simple guidelines, pilgrims can minimize the risk of sunstroke and heat exhaustion during their Hajj journey.

It is crucial for pilgrims to prioritize their health and well-being during their pilgrimage and take proactive measures to stay safe and healthy. By following the Ministry of Health’s recommendations and heeding their advice, pilgrims can reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses and ensure a successful and memorable Hajj experience. By staying hydrated, seeking shade, and avoiding unnecessary sun exposure, pilgrims can protect themselves from the harsh summer heat and enjoy a safe and fulfilling pilgrimage to Mina.

As pilgrims embark on their journey to Mina and perform their rituals during the Hajj season, it is essential for them to be mindful of their health and safety. By following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and taking necessary precautions, pilgrims can protect themselves from the dangers of sun exposure and reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses. It is important for pilgrims to prioritize their well-being during their pilgrimage and ensure a safe and comfortable experience by following all health recommendations and advice provided by the ministry.
