The LMRA emphasized the importance of continued coordination with government agencies to conduct effective inspection campaigns throughout the Kingdom. By working together to address violations and illegal practices, they aim to safeguard the integrity of the labour market and enhance social and economic security. The Authority called on all members of society to support these efforts by reporting violations through their website, call centre, or the government’s Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
Through these efforts, the LMRA is committed to upholding the laws and regulations governing the labour market in Bahrain. By detaining violators and deporting illegal workers, they send a clear message that illegal labour practices will not be tolerated. By engaging in joint inspection campaigns and involving various government entities, they aim to create a unified approach to combatting violations and ensuring compliance with the law.
The success of these inspection campaigns highlights the effectiveness of collaboration between government agencies in enforcing labour laws and regulations. By pooling their resources and expertise, these entities can target violators more effectively and take swift legal action against those who flout the rules. This united front serves to protect the rights of both workers and employers and promote a fair and competitive labour market in Bahrain.
In conclusion, the recent inspection campaigns conducted by the LMRA in Bahrain have yielded significant results in terms of detaining violators and addressing illegal labour practices. By working in collaboration with various government agencies, the Authority has demonstrated its commitment to upholding the laws governing the labour market and protecting the rights of all parties involved. Moving forward, continued coordination and cooperation between these entities will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and competitiveness of the labour market in Bahrain.
